orange you glad...

..that it's almost halloween? i definitely am.

and anyone that comes to my house can tell too.

i really love the fall and all the holidays in the fall

starting with my birthday (yes, that is a holiday)

then halloween, thanksgiving, and christmas

oh i cannot wait!

i love how all of those holidays mesh together 

and it seems like there is no waiting period between them

the only problem is that here in texas, it does not feel like the fall

it is still hot and humid and miserable out

i really miss my midwestern falls..

orange, red, and yellow leaves on the trees and ground

cool crisp air outside

fresh warm apple cider

bonfires

sweaters, scarves, and boots

and hoodies

having the windows open

and breathing in fresh air

playing outside

chilli

sigh...

maybe some day i will be able to have my favorite season back!
