we decided to give it a whirl
it was super easy
lyla enjoyed helping us make them and then eat them :)
so they are toddler-approved!
and the bonus is that kale is really cheap.
all you do is rinse the kale
pull off the leaves and toss the big stems
rip into medium-sized pieces
spread on a baking pan
drizzle oil, sprinkle salt, and mix around
then bake at 325-350 depending on the oven
for about 10-12 mins or until the edges are crispy brown
