Yesterday was mine and Marco's 4th anniversary and I wanted to whip up a little somethin' so I looked at what we had in the fridge and pantry and did these little cheesecake strawberry bites! They turned out really yummy!
First, cut holes in the tops of all the strawberries. I had about a half of a small carton.
Then mix 1/2 pack of cream cheese, 2.5-3 Tablespoons of powdered sugar and a teaspoon of vanilla. If you have a whole carton of strawberries just double this. You can add a little more powdered sugar if you would like it a little sweeter.
Mix until creamy and then fill strawberries and enjoy!
If you have graham crackers, you can smash a few and sprinkle the crumbs over the tops :)
