friday lyla and i went on a little ice cream date.

we snuck away to run an errand 

and decided to make a pitstop

for a treat.

i had been feeling like the mommy and lyla

bond needed a little strengthening.

we needed to fill up our love tanks

 a little bit

by spending a little alone time together.

she felt so special 

and really enjoyed her time alone

with me <3

as did i 

enjoy my time with her.

and yes, she was in her pajamas :)
