In case anyone needs any ideas today for desserts, here is what I made :) I'm not going to lie, it isn't super fast or easy, but it's super yummy!

Raspberry Jello Pretzel Salad

First Layer:
  • Combine 2 cups of broken pretzels (I smashed them in a baggie) with 1/2 cup melted butter and 3 Tablespoons of sugar in a 9x13 glass pan. Mix up well and press into pan. Then bake at 350 for 7 minutes. Let it cool completely before adding the next layer.

Second Layer:
  • Beat 1 cup of sugar with 1 8-oz pkg of soft cream cheese. Fold in thawed 8-oz container of Cool Whip. Spread over cooled pretzel layer and refrigerate for a bit. Make sure you fill in the whole layer so that the top layer doesn't seep through to the bottom.

Third Layer:
  • Mix 6-oz box of raspberry Jell-O with 2 cups of boiling water. Add in 2-3 cups of raspberries. Cool and refrigerate a bit to let it set slightly. Pour over the cream cheese layer and Refrigerate until completely firm.
